Starting as a labourer with Wamarra just 2 years ago, Phil completed the Bulabul Leadership Program earlier in the year, climbing up the ranks to Team Leader and now Leading Hand, showing incredible leadership and adaptability.

The Bulabul program is tailored to develop the leadership and effective communication skills of our future leaders, allowing us to identify future leaders like Phil and foster their growth.
