Resolve is a veteran employment and support program, helping current and former ADF personnel transition into meaningful careers in construction and infrastructure.

Resolve is open to all current and former serving members, reservists, veterans and their immediate family members, regardless of rank, role, or time served.

We offer opportunities across construction, project management, engineering, HSEQ, administration, and trades. We’ll work with you to match your strengths and experience to the right role and support you in stepping confidently into a civilian career - no prior industry experience needed.

No. The skills you’ve built during your service are highly valuable. Whether you’ve worked in logistics, engineering, leadership or support roles, we’ll help translate those skills into a civilian career.

We offer one-on-one career conversations, tailored onboarding, mentoring from other veterans and flexible pathways to suit your goals and lifestyle.

No. We also offer flexible and casual roles, including reservist-friendly positions, work placements, and project-based opportunities.

Yes. We welcome expressions of interest from spouses and veterans’ children. We understand that service involves the whole family and we support you too.
