The Bulabul Development Program is designed to back you every step of the way, helping you build confidence, strengthen your skills and find your own leadership style.
The program incorporates six primary modules, developed by our Learning and Development team together with our leadership team:
We kick things off by welcoming you into the Bulabul program, setting you up for success. You’ll get a clear understanding of what the journey looks like and what’s expected from you and us. We’ll explore your strengths through a personalised profile, helping us to build a learning plan that’s right for you.
Setting the scene for the program, the module focuses on the essentials: active listening, building rapport, reading body language and asking the right questions. These skills will help you connect with your team, communicate with impact and build trust from the ground up.
Great leaders know how to give and receive feedback that helps people grow. In this module, you’ll learn how to have honest, constructive conversations using simple, practical tools. It’s about creating a space for open dialogue and making sure everyone walks away with clear actions and understanding.
Here we dive into what great leadership looks like, exploring different styles and approaches while giving you practical tools to lead with confidence.
Standing up in front of a group can feel daunting but this module makes it easier. You’ll learn how to communicate clearly and confidently, whether you’re presenting to your team, sharing updates or leading discussions. We’ll cover everything from posture and tone to creating resources that help your message land.
Rounding out the Bulabul Development Program, the final module focuses specifically on developing, leading and managing a team and their performance.

The Bulabul Development Program typically runs over 12 months, giving you plenty of time to learn, grow and put your new leadership skills into practice.
You’ll leave with stronger leadership skills, more confidence and a clearer vision for your future. Many graduates go on to mentor others in leadership positions, continuing the cycle of growing together.
